$5000 Grant Awarded to Anka Behavioral Health, Inc.

December 2015 – We are pleased to award a $5,000 grant to Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. Anka’s mission is to eliminate the impact of behavioral health problems for all people. They provide an array of supports and services to consumers of all ages with serious and persistent mental illness. They also have programs that provide an array of service modalities designed to meet the needs of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Anka has 8 residential programs throughout California that support the needs of intellectually disabled and developmentally delayed children and youth ages 6 to 17. AREF’s grant will be applied towards these special programs.
