Grant Awarded to Happy Hats for Kids in Hospitals

October 2014 – We are thrilled to award a grant for $2,500 to Happy Hats for Kids in Hospitals!! They are a wonderful organization founded in 1991 by Sheri Shrier, to uplift the spirits of hospitalized children with life-threatening illnesses. Happy Hats also helps developmentally disabled teens and young adults gain hands-on experience in a work-like setting pressing and packaging the hats and activities books.
